  • All participants must be at least 18 to participate (Please bring a valid driver’s license or state ID for check-in).
  • Pole classes have a maximum weight limit of 225 pounds. If you weigh more than 225 pounds, we have a amazing boot camp session that will let you loose the additional pounds so you can enjoy our pole fitness sessions.
