I have been a member of B.I.M Fitness for 3 months and I fell in love with it my first day. They give you a vigorous workout the first hour of class to help build upper body strength and all around core fitness. Then, you precede to the FUN stuff…THE POLE, which is a workout in itself. I dropped a dress size within the first month in a half of joining. My body is leaner and more toned than before all while learning pole tricks and transitions. I have even learned how to flip upside down which shows off my now enhanced upper body strength. The staff and other members are friendly and everyone stands by the strict policies of “Positive Attitudes & No Judging.” B.I.M also provides different member events to reward us for all of our hard work and to keep us motivated. I encourage everyone to join, it’s well worth it!!!!
