I have been a member at BIM for five months and have enjoyed the intense workout and Rhythmic Pole Fitness. Now, I am stronger and have lost 20 pounds since joining BIM. Before joining BIM, I was afraid to dance but now I dance at every event that I attend. On the pole, I’m a fool. I can flip upside down. I never did anything like that before. I also learned chair dance routines which is a blast! I’ve enjoyed meeting new friends and BIM has a wonderful support system for women. I can’t wait to show my husband what I have learned on Couples Night.
