APRIL 2009: Kellie

KellieI was excited when I heard that B.I.M Fitness was opening. I’ve always wanted to join a fitness center, but was bored with the same transition workout. I was impressed with B.I.M’s pole fitness program. It works the entire body. I’ve worked muscles I didn’t know I had.

After a month of attending B.I.M Fitness 3 times a week, my weight went from 243 lbs to 228 lbs. I was so excited. My class is interesting every time I go. I’m never bored. I enjoy the motivation I receive from the instructors. They call me twice a week and ask if I have any complaints or concerns with body aches.

I feel amazing, sexier, and I’ve even gained more strength from swinging on the pole.
